White liquidy stuff comes out just by wiping them or washing my face. They are in clusters and aren't red or inflamed. I have had them for a month now.  Im 27 and my skin went from clear to this. What is this? I recently started working out again after 6 months, but I never broke out when I worked out before. Touching your hair alot and using hair dyes can entice the spots to develop through irritation. We recomend you stop using hair dyes and see if this helps it to clear up.
