Dead acnes.

I have dead acnes on my scrotum skin for the past 15-20 yrs and most probably were caused due to itching in childhood.They are painless and have never caused any sort of problem.I am 27 right now and want to remove those acnes by some cream or lotion. Plz help what can be done.
