I was wondering what spot cream actually works i have tried many different types of spot cream but none seem to work for me.
I have mild acne usually centered around my temple area so the skin is fairly sensitive most spot creams tend to make the skin go flaky.

Firstly, clean your face and hands with mild warm water.

I have two or three sore lumps on my scrotum / They seem to be spot like in nature but swell rather large and are full of puss. Any help would be appreciated as it is driving me mad.
i have recentley found small white spot on and underneath my scrotum what could this be please help as its a little worrying.

I have tried Acne – cide, which does exacly the same, Zineryt, had to get a perscrition for it, its Mixed in the pharmacy. When i spoke to the doctor he assured me that this was it GOODBYE Acne, BOY was he wrong FYI this stuff is horrible. The aplicater is a pad over the end of the bottle where the liquid free falls on to the floor when you try to use it.
I was sceptical at first, I had given everything else a go so why not. I have never looked back very easy to follow, the perfect cure, was right under my nose the whole time.

Hi i would like to get some advice about my skin. My skin is too hairy and whenever i have a shave, the hairs grow under the skin and look like spots but deep under the skin. ive lost my confidence and tried everything, but my problem still remains. please help me.
I have spots on back and shoulders they some times hurt and swell up ive never had spots on back or shoulders before they started to appear about 3 weeks ago. I always scrub my back and shoulders when im in the bath. I have recently started to use TCP to try and get rid of them i did use surgical spirit but all it did was dry my back and shoulders out and made it really itchy.
I have a lot of small white spots on my penis the white spots start at the base of my penis and carry on down to the scrotum. I have had these since i was 15 the white spots dont make me embarrased by my penis. Im just curious as to what they are.
