I have a small spots on my hair-line which drive me up the wall. I know this could be acne but i am wondering if there is anything i can do about them.

I wash twice a day and wash my hair very often and occaisonaly dye it.

I have a spost under my skin which i can feel and is hurting to the touch. i have tried everything i can think of to reduce the size of the lump but the more i touch it the bigger it gets.

Can someone please advise me on the best course of action.

I have been suffering with adult acne, i have been to see the doctors and skin specialists but they are unable to do much about it, well nothing that seems to work!
I am currently using the Fairtone cream which seems to be doing okay. I have been to a chinese herbal doctor who gave me spot cream and acne tablets.
Whuch seemed to clear the acne/spots but did nothing for the scars, can anyone help.

After I have a shower my skin becomes really red, can you help?
