How to treat Adult Acne and Scaring.

I have been suffering with adult acne, i have been to see the doctors and skin specialists but they are unable to do much about it, well nothing that seems to work!
I am currently using the Fairtone cream which seems to be doing okay. I have been to a chinese herbal doctor who gave me spot cream and acne tablets.
Which seemed to clear the acne/spots but did nothing for the scars, can anyone help. has anyone else used fairtone cream before.

What would be the best spot cream for my sons teenage acne. He suffers with facial Acne which is very bad. We did think the best spot cream would have been Oxy but it doesnt seem to be much other than smelling nice.

Obviously we know many people will have different ideas on what they consider to be the best acne product.

Is there any other products like Oxy On The Spot that is geared towards male skin.
