I have had the same spot regime to control my acne out breaks for the last 3 years. I have tried many other techniques and procedures but found the regime below to be the best spot regimen for my skin.

I just wanted to share my spot regime to enable others to deal with there acne. I don’t guarantee that my regimen will work for you i only state what spot treatment worked for me to aid in my acne challenge.

I tried PanOxyl the 5% Acne Gel which is alcohol based this works fairly well, its also available as a 10% solution.

The only set back is that being paroxide, it can bleach your clothes, Stings your eyes and generally leave a burning sensation in sensitive acne areas etc.

I then some times used to apply Acnecide, which is relatively the same, available in 4 different types.

Then i tried Zineryt, you have to get it on a prescription, its a liquid in a bottle with an applicator.

for my spot regime that works i currently use Nicam Gel this works the best.
- It is a very easy to apply cream that does not bleach clothes.
- You are supposed to use it morning and night but my mind some times forgets. I usually only apply it at night, then wash it off in the morning.

My spot regimen is as follows.

5 nights per week i apply the Nicam gel following the exact specifications i always give my skin a clear 2 days of 0 spot or acne treatments this i think is what really helps. Giving my skin a chance to breathe.

Every morning i wash my face using water with a few drops of lavender hand wash mixed in i NEVER apply the soap direct to my face.

I use a flannel (face towel) to gentle massage the spot / acne prone areas.

This is my spot regime and i hope it helps

I have suffered with adult acne for many years and it doesnt give up it fights past everything i have tried. The acne that has cleared through persistant trial and error has left huge deep pit scarring around my cheeks and nose.

They NEVER stopped, The spot cream NEVER works, The spot treatments are made by “IDIOTS”

I hate those Acne puss bags, I tried everything i could get my hands on.

VIEW THE ACNE CURE I found it when i was searching everywhere to get rid of my acne. Its the best i have come across so far.

I used PanOxyl 5% Acne Gel with alcohol.

- Which loads of people had told me worked for them.

- Boy they where WRONG, the only thing this spot cream type stuff shifted was the colour on my favourite T-shirt, it will bleach anything it touches BEWARE.

I have tried Acne – cide, which does exacly the same, Zineryt, had to get a perscrition for it, its Mixed in the pharmacy. When i spoke to the doctor he assured me that this was it GOODBYE Acne, BOY was he wrong FYI this stuff is horrible. The aplicater is a pad over the end of the bottle where the liquid free falls on to the floor when you try to use it.

I was sceptical at first, I had given everything else a go so why not. I have never looked back very easy to follow, the perfect cure, was right under my nose the whole time.

THE ACNE CURE IS HERE I found it when i was searching everywhere to get rid of my acne.

I have spots on back and shoulders they some times hurt and swell up ive never had spots on back or shoulders before they started to appear about 3 weeks ago. I always scrub my back and shoulders when im in the bath. I have recently started to use TCP to try and get rid of them i did use surgical spirit but all it did was dry my back and shoulders out and made it really itchy.
