I have dead acnes on my scrotum skin for the past 15-20 yrs and most
probably were caused due to itching in childhood.They are painless
and have never caused any sort of problem.I am 27 right now and want
to remove those acnes by some cream or lotion. Plz help what
can be done.

I have suffered with adult acne for many years and it doesnt give up it fights past everything i have tried. The acne that has cleared through persistant trial and error has left huge deep pit scarring around my cheeks and nose.
Im looking for a acne – spot product that has been proven to give results, i currently use make up to hide the scarring but would welcome other ideas on hiding my crater scars.
