I have a spost under my skin which i can feel and is hurting to the touch. i have tried everything i can think of to reduce the size of the lump but the more i touch it the bigger it gets.
Can someone please advise me on the best course of action.

First things first stop touching it, the more you touch it the bigger it will become.
Use ice and we recommend using a product such as clearasil spot blocker pen. Dont put the ice straight onto it place it into a sandwich bag. Alternative to the blocker pen use a cream with an anaesthetic.
