I suddenly started getting tiny white pimples all over my face. They aren't really pimples, more like litle white balls with soft white liquid in them. White liquidy stuff comes out just by wiping them or washing my face. They are in clusters and aren't red or inflamed. I have had them for a month now. Im 27 and my skin went from clear to this. What is this? I recently started working out again after 6 months, but I never broke out when I worked out before.

The cause sounds like it could be friction from you hairs growing back this is very common after shaving the scrotum.

With more information we would be able to make a better suggestion. Red Acne Spots on your upper arms could be caused by detergents, friction, sweat, poor hygiene, more information is needed.

Firstly we would not recommend you do this...
Whilst squeezing the blackhead out may seem like a good idea it can go horribly wrong, if the blackhead decides to go deeper into the skin you could be left with a hole that will never heal.
Use a facial scrub and they will clear up on there own. Using tissue will absorb essential oils from your skin and cause more problems down the line.

You have skin that lacks essential oils and moisture, this is what makes it flaky.
Do you wash your face often with normal soap? (this is bad for your skin). Other causes can be dermatitis and eczema, these are most common along with under active oil glands. (these tend to cause dry flaky skin that's occasionally rough to the touch)
We suggest you invest in a moisturizer try and choose one that has been made for baby skin such as Johnson and Johnson. Babies skin is more delicate so needs extra lubrication and is recommended for people with severe flaky skin and rough dry skin

As many acne sufferers will tell you it depends on how your skin reacts to it. Some products work better on one persons skin may not work for others.

Whilst using an electric shave saves time it is not the best way of shaving due to it being dry.

Using a razor is typically better for your skin and to help combat spots as many shaving products contain agents that kill bacteria.

Are you refering to blackheads? These are grease filled poors in the skin that can sometimes develop into puss spots.
We recommend using a daily facial scrub that is gentle enough to be used every day.
Once per week use a stronger exfoliater and you should be able to keep them at bay.
